Keeping your focus on your family is the main thing. As for exercising, avoid the gym for now, you have a family and a dog. No reason not to get exercise there. Get the kids to the park, walk the dog.
The book can wait till the kids are older and in school, they grow up so fast, don’t miss that. You have a beautiful family who needs you, the rest can wait till the children are older.
