Belated Happy Easter to everyone! As I set out to prepare for our daughter’s second Easter Egg Hunt, I hit many road blocks. This is our first Easter since she was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease, and it is amazing how much candy has wheat or barley in it.
While I did find a few that were in the clear, we opted to stick mostly with non-candy egg stuffers and one larger gift.
The end result was a toddler who was very happy with what the Easter Bunny had brought her.
